In English the present tense of “used to“ conveys different meaning. It conveys familiarity of action.e.g I am used to lifting heavy weights.
Here “am used to” indicates that action of “lifting heavy weights” is familiar/easier to me.
So in English we do not have any parallel phrase to indicate present tense of “used to”.
So you need to understand it without example from English.
“used to” says that event occurred frequently in past. Then present tense form of "used to" in Gujarati will indicate that event occurs frequently/regularly in present.
Sentence formation is same as above i.e.
Subject verb+suffix form of verb હોવું(hovuM)
You need not feel overwhelmed by looking at these forms. If you give a closer look, you will realize these forms are created same way as we create form of other verbs in simple present tense.
e.g. કરું છું (karuM ChuM) , બોલું છું (boluM ChuM).. same way હોઉં છું (houM ChuM)
કરીએ છીએ (karIe ChIe), બોલીએ છીએ(bolIe ChIe)..same way હોઈએ છીએ(hoIe ChIe)
જાય છે(jAy Che), ખાય છે(khAy Che ) .. same way હોય છે (hoy Che)
In short, the verb "hovuM" appears as main verb as well as supporting verb.
So lets see full sentence examples :-
He is used to dance :- એ નાચતો હોય છે(e nAchato hoy Che)
She is used to dance :- એ નાચતી હોય છે(e nAchatI hoy Che)
I(boy) am used to speak :- હું બોલતો હોઉં છું(huM bolato houM ChuM)
You (plural) are used to laugh :- તમે હસતા હો છો(tame hasatA ho Cho)

She is used to be quiet, always :- એ હંમેશા શાંત હોય છે (e shAMt hoy Che)
Negative sentence will be same as negative sentence in simple present test.
He is not used to dance -> He does not dance -> એ નથી નાચતો (e nathI nAchato)
She is not used to dance -> She does not dance -> એ નથી નાચતી (e nAchatI hoy Che)
Even if there is no other verb and હોવું(hovuM) itself is main verb; sentence structure is still same. But instead of form of main verb like કરતો, બોલતી, નાચતું (karato, bolatI, nAchatuM) you will see form of હોવું(hovuM) viz. હોતો, હોતી, હોતું, હોતા,હોતી, હોતાં (hoto, hotI, hotuM, hotA,hotI, hotAM). As follows :-

Note :- Sometimes
such sentences are used to indicate past continuous tense. The context of the sentence will say if it is "used to" kind statement or "past continuous".
e.g.
એક વાર એ જંગલમાં જતો હતો. (ek vAr e jaMgalamAM jato hato. )
એ શિકાર કરવા રોજ જંગલમાં જતો હતો. ( e shikAr karavA roj jato hato. )
First sentence is about one instance. So it is past continuous tense.
Second sentence is about everyday routine, so it is of "used to" kind sentence. So translations will be :-
એક વાર એ જંગલમાં જતો હતો. (ek vAr e jaMgalamAM jato hato. ) -> Once he was going into jungle.
એ શિકાર કરવા રોજ જંગલમાં જતો હતો. ( e shikAr karavA roj jato hato. ) -> He used to go to jungle for hunting.
