In English, future tense sentence can be formed using “going to” phrase.
In Gujarati this sentence is formed as follows -
Subject
|
verb+form of વાનો(vAno)
|
form of હોવું(“hovuM”) as per subject and tense
|
હું (huM )
|
કરવાનો (karavAno)
|
છું(ChuM)
|
Form of વાનો(vAno) is selected as per gender and multiplicity of subject. As you would have expected, forms are:-
Masculine singular
|
વાનો (vAno )
|
Feminine Singular/ Plural
|
વાની (vAnI )
|
Neuter Singular
|
વાનું (vAnuM )
|
Masculine
|
વાના (vAnA )
|
Neuter plural or
group of different genders or feminine polite |
વાનાં (vAnAM )
|
